Gloucestershire, University of

The University of Gloucestershire has a heritage going back to the 1830's, and now has over 10,000 students studying for awards at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including students working towards research degrees. The portfolio spans Education, Business, Law, Art & Design, Media, Computing & Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Geography, Events, Drama, Sport & Exercise. The University has launched six Research Priority Areas to tackle contemporary challenges: Environmental Dynamics & Governance Sport, Exercise & Wellbeing Being Human: Past, Present & Future Applied Design for Business Retail, Marketing & Management Learning for Professional Contexts The University is known for the high quality of its courses, the student experience, and the commitment to sustainability. The University is based on three campuses, with two in Cheltenham and one in Gloucester.
