The Illinois Dept. of Aerospace Engineering is consistently nationally ranked in the top 10 for its undergraduate and graduate programs. AE faculty and graduate students conduct research in over 20 different laboratories on campus. In both experimental and computational research, they and the department's alumni, play a significant role in the development of major advances in aircraft and space applications.
