Integrating Professional Intellectual Property Education with Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in the Era of AI

31/10/2025 Frontiers Journals

This paper addresses the integration of professional intellectual property (IP) education with curriculum-based ideological and political education in the context of digital transformation and AI. It identifies existing challenges in IP teaching, including monotonous content, insufficient practical integration, and limited international perspective. To overcome these, the authors propose a novel pedagogical framework centered on lifelong learning, practice-driven instruction, and an international outlook, enhanced by AI technologies.

The proposed approach leverages AI to create intelligent, personalized learning platforms that facilitate the synergistic development of IP knowledge and ideological-political values. The study argues that this integration not only improves teaching quality but also cultivates students’ legal awareness, innovation capacity, social responsibility, and practical skills. By aligning professional education with ideological goals through technology-enhanced methods, the paper provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation and practical model for advancing high-quality talent development in professional degree programs in the new era.
