Die „Strategie 2040“, die neue Strategie von EUMETSAT für das nächste Jahrzehnt, wurde heute auf der EUMETSAT-Konferenz für Wettersatelliten in Darmstadt offiziell vorgestellt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Verstärkung sicherer, zuverlässiger und kosteneffizienter Satellitendatendienste rund um die Uhr sowie die Vorbereitung künftiger, an den Bedürfnissen der Nutzer ausgerichteter Systeme für die Mitgliedstaaten der Organisation.
