To promote the advancement of engineering science and technology, lead engineering innovation, and guide global communities to focus on engineering endeavors, the journal Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering is organizing the selection of the 2025 Top Ten Global Engineering Achievements. Nominations are now open to domestic and international scientific organizations and professionals for globally influential engineering accomplishments. Details are as follows:

I. Nomination Period
From now until April 30, 2025.

II. Nomination Scope
Engineering achievements completed and practically validated between 2020 and 2024 with significant global impact. These achievements should represent the highest level of engineering science and technology in one or multiple fields. Eligible entries include completed major projects, technological equipment, or breakthroughs in core engineering innovations.

Relevant fields include but are not limited to:
Mechanical and Transportation Engineering
Information and Electronic Engineering
Chemical, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering
Energy and Mining Engineering
Civil, Hydraulic, and Architectural Engineering
Environmental and Light Industry Engineering
Agriculture
Medical and Health Engineering
Engineering Management

III. Selection Criteria
Breakthrough in Engineering Science: Original innovations or resolutions to long-standing challenges, achieving world-leading performance in key technical metrics.
Excellence in System Integration: Distinctive innovations in system integration, safety, precision, sustainability, or resource management for major projects.
Significant Socioeconomic Impact: Demonstrable contributions to industrial development, economic growth, social well-being, and global productivity enhancement.

IV. Nomination Method
Nominations are open to organizations and individuals worldwide with no limit on the number of submissions.
