Brazilian Journal of Food Technology
The objective of the scientific publication Brazilian Journal of Food Technology is to publish results of original research and technological information that contributed to the dissemination of new knowledge related to food production and assessment in the areas of food science, technology, engineering, and nutrition (not clinical). Original scientific articles, review articles, and scientific notes should be published in English.
