Since 2014, the French National Research Agency and the Avignon Festival organise the Rencontres Recherche et Création. By bringing together authors, actors, directors and choreographers at the Avignon Festival and researchers from different disciplines, these meetings help to highlight the thinking behind art and the most recent research work. It is a new space for knowledge sharing created with the public.
This year's edition will be a hybrid event, taking place at the Cloitre Saint Louis in Avignon, France
