ESMO Gynaecological Cancers Congress 2025: Event announcement


Lugano, Switzerland, 5 June 2025 – The ESMO Gynaecological Cancers Congress 2025 is dedicated to advancing the understanding, management, and treatment of gynaecological malignancies. Between 19-21 June, experts from around the world will convene in Vienna, Austria, to present and discuss the latest research in the field. Topics will range from recent advances in combination therapies, targeted agents, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and immunotherapy to emerging treatment strategies for rare gynaecological cancers.

The congress will be accessible both in person and online, with all sessions available via live stream on the Virtual Congress Platform.


Programme picks

  • Novel data on the survival benefits of immunotherapy combinations in cervical cancer, and insights into their role and efficacy in various patient groups with ovarian and endometrial cancers.

  • Results on efficacy and safety of a phase 3 trial investigating a new combination therapy for the treatment of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.

  • Innovative approaches using antibody-drug conjugates for treating platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer and for exploring targeted treatment strategies in high-grade serous ovarian cancer.

  • Insights into liquid biopsies and biomarkers in hard-to-treat ovarian cancers, along with emerging therapies for endometrial cancers and other rare gynaecological malignancies with limited treatment options.
