3rd EORTC Cancer Survivorship Summit

01 March 2018 — 02 March 2018 European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC)

There is a life after cancer, but how far do we understand

the issues in that ‘post-C’ life?

The 3rd EORTC Cancer Survivorship Summit, organized by the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), will address the issues of cancer survivorship by gathering various experts (insurers, policy makers doctors, researchers, etc.) and former as well as current cancer patients.

The goal of this Summit is to raise awareness about the burden of former cancer patients. To move forward, the debates will deal with defining tailored health care for survivors and underpinning policy making to improve health status and support going back to a normal life.

The Summit will be on March 1st and 2nd 2018 at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, 47 rue du Fossé-aux-Loups, 1000 Brussels, in Belgium.

A press conference will be held on March 1st at 12:30 pm where interviews of the organizing Committee and the speakers will be possible.
