How to automatically upload content by email

If you are subscribed to the Research Partner level, you can post your news on AlphaGalileo by email. Just add AlphaGalileo to your key contacts email list and you no longer need to complete any forms.

To post content by email, place the title in the 'subject' header, the body text in the body of the email, add any attachments that you have and please remember to include captions for attachments. Then choose the correct email address from the list below:

• for press releases, auto_pressrelease@alphagalileo.org
• for book announcements, auto_book@alphagalileo.org
• for broadcast media, auto_broadcast@alphagalileo.org
• for events, auto_event@alphagalileo.org
• for library items, auto_libraryitem@alphagalileo.org

Please contact us before you send us your first news item by email and let us know which email address you would like to use for this feature, so that we can save it on our database as an authorised address.

After you have sent us your news, the AlphaGalileo team will post it on your behalf, choosing the summary paragraph, the keywords and placing the contact details and any additional information in the Notes for editors. After the news has been approved and sent out to the journalists, you will receive a confirmation by email.
