PROBA: fruitful demonstrations
Background information on the transmission:
Small is beautiful: this could be the motto for the PROBA satellites.
But not only are they small and cheap to produce but they have the dual function of testing technological developments as well as offering an opportunity for scientists to send more experimental and new scientific missions into space.
It's been more than ten years now since the first PROBA was launched and the concept continues with more missions ahead and more demonstrations in several domains.
This A&B roll gives the status on the PROBA results since 2001 and explain the perspectives with the new PROBA missions in preparation.
