The vision of the Norwegian School of Management BI is to become one of the leading research based business school in Europe with lifelong-learning as its fundamental idea.
The Norwegian School of Management BI is Norway's third largest educational institution and the largest provider of education in economics, business administration and management in Europe. The School has a total of 18 700 students, 9 700 of whom study part-time.
The Norwegian School of Management BI is a private, non-commercial foundation (founded in 1943) providing knowledge and competence both to the private and public sectors. The School`s aim is to contribute to value creation and the growth of entrepreneurship by conducting high-quality research and offering educational programs of high quality and relevance. The research carried out by the School`s faculty is of a very high standard, and has among other things, resulted in both the Financial Times and Long Range Planning ranking the Norwegian School of Management BI among the top European business schools.
