The RCN Publishing Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal College of Nursing, the world's largest organisation for nurses. RCN Publishing produces one weekly and eight monthly specialist journals. Nursing Standard, the flagship journal, is the UK's biggest selling weekly for nursing. The suite of specialist nursing journals comprises: Cancer Nursing Practice, Mental Health Practice, Learning Disability Practice, Nursing Children and Young People, Nursing Management, Emergency Nurse, Nursing Older People, and Primary Health Care. These journals publish peer reviewed articles including original research, literature reviews, audits, case studies, practice based and educational articles. The journals also include editorials, news, news analysis, opinion and feature articles. The company also publishes Nurse Researcher, an international peer reviewed journal of research methodology.
